this album was written between june of 2021 and april of 2023. this album was recorded between may of 2023 and january of 2024. the drums, vocals, bass, and synths were recorded in david and trevor's apartment, and the guitars were recorded in nino's apartment. the album was mixed and mastered by david between september of 2023 and february of 2024. the paper mache heads were created by david goodwin and isobel edgerly between october of 2023 and december of 2023. the album cover was taken on january 18th of 2024 by samuel greenhill. this album was released on february 23rd, 2024.
